As some of you are aware we are beginning the journey to create a new comprehensive plan for Waterford Township. The Comprehensive Plan is the Township’s long-range policy plan developed in accordance with Article 3 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Our current comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance was enacted in 1990, and long overdue for an update.
As residents, this is your chance to shape the future of Waterford Township. We will be putting a future cast of the Township together, as well as reviewing and creating a new zoning ordinance.
We encourage everyone to come and be a part of the future of Waterford Township!
